Our Structures

This beauty is a 3000 sq ft Ranch Style Home with 4 bd/3 baths. The house includes an all concrete 8x8 storm shelter accessible from the finished basement and has 10 ft walls with vaulted ceilings throughout. There is a two-car garage attached to the kitchen and it also has a smaller garage door in the basement for their toys with wheels.

 
This 30x30 Tiny home is everything but small. The main floor is a two-car garage. The loft style apartment on top has 10x12 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room. And its just a hop skip and a jump away from the lake.

This is an extraordinary addition to a home right on the water. The 28x30 shop is on the bottom half of the addition and upstairs from it, is a 28x30 1 bedroom apartment with bath. The front of the house now has a two-car garage that is also 28x30 and a 14x8 bathroom attached.
